Scheduling your maternity photo session during the third trimester, particularly between 26 and 34 weeks (around the 7th and 8th month of pregnancy), is considered the ideal time for several reasons. One significant factor is that during this stage, your baby bump becomes more pronounced, showcasing the beautiful shape and roundness.

Moreover, planning your session in the earlier part of the third trimester offers practical advantages. At this point, most pregnant mothers tend to have more stamina and energy compared to the later weeks of pregnancy. This means you'll likely feel more comfortable during the photo shoot, allowing you to strike various poses and explore different settings with ease. Waiting until the very end of your pregnancy may leave you feeling more fatigued and less inclined to engage in prolonged or physically demanding photo sessions.

To accommodate various needs, we have a range of free size dresses and fabrics available for rental at our studio. We have also created packages that include one or more of our dresses to enhance your experience.

To ensure a flawless and polished look for your photo session, we highly recommend opting for professional hair and makeup services.

In addition to hair and makeup, paying attention to your nails is also recommended. Clean and well-groomed nails can add an extra touch of elegance to your overall appearance. We suggest getting your nails done or, at the very least, removing any old nail polish to achieve a polished and cohesive look.

Our photoshoot packages include Pix City Studio. However, we are available to work not only outdoor but at any other studio or venue of your choice.

When it comes to selecting the location for your maternity shoot, the decision is entirely in your hands. However, if you require guidance or suggestions, our team is more than happy to assist you by recommending some suitable locations. Please note that while we can provide recommendations, it is your responsibility to book the chosen location.

At Pix City Studio, we have a wide variety of props to complement your session. However, should you want additional props not available at the studio, you are welcome to buy them or rent them from different vendors.

A minimum of $125 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. That payment is part of your total amount. Re-scheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your shoot. Clients are allowed to re-schedule ONCE. After having rescheduled once, if you are unable to attend your future appointment, there will be a re-scheduling fee applied to your final balance which will equal the same amount paid as a deposit. If the fee is not received, your future appointment will be cancelled. A no-show appointment will result in automatic cancellation.

Your balance is due the day of your session but can also be paid before your session if you wish to do so.

Your time will NOT be extended if you are late to your appointment. However, if available, additional time can be purchased at $85 for every additional 30 minutes. Extending your session will not increase the number of retouched photos.

The photos from your session are sent to you within 3 days. Retouching can take up to 15 days from the date we have received your selection.

If the photos are needed faster, a rush editing fee of $35 per photo will apply. Keep in mind that a rush edit can take up to 2 days.

Our storytelling maternity sessions include make-up. However, our basic maternity session packages do not include makeup.

Depending on the chosen concept for your session, it may be necessary to involve additional professionals such as a stylist, florist, or other experts to achieve the desired look and atmosphere. In some cases, specific props may also be required, which can either be built or rented to enhance the overall aesthetic.

If your session requires any of these additional services or props, we will gladly customize your session accordingly. Upon discussing your vision and requirements, we will provide you with a detailed quote that includes the necessary adjustments.
