Sometimes, our clients want an editorial and unique photoshoot concept and we are here to help bring your ideas to life!
It takes time to plan a creative shoot. The first step is to come up with a concept. We then have to purchase or rent the materials and props needed while remembering that some will be sent via mail. Some sets need to be built from scratch we have spent over 96 hours on some of our sets.
Another important step in planning an editorial shoot is makeup and styling. Most creative photoshoots require a specific outfit and makeup to match the concept and sometimes, different options are needed just in case one doesn’t work out.
Now that we have the set, makeup, and clothes sorted out… what’s next?
It takes a minimum of 3 to 4 hours to shoot 1 to 2 outfits during a creative photoshoot session. At the start of your session, the staff will need to install the set, figure out the correct light setting for the concept, change the set entirely if different concepts are being done and last but not least, hair and makeup might change for the second concept if applicable.
How to book?
Our creative shoots start at $1400 for a 4-hour session. Your final price will be quoted after your consultation call.
Our base price will vary based on the concept and DOES NOT include purchasing materials, props, or set building.
It DOES NOT include hair, makeup, and styling.

A creative and editorial shoot requires planning among several parties. Creative shoots often involve the client(s), the photographer, the creative director, the set designer, the hair and/or makeup artist, and the stylist…
The first step to book is to pay the $85 non-refundable consultation fee. This amount will be applied toward your final invoice. Once payment has been received, we will discuss and agree on the concept(s) with the client and involved parties.

A non-refundable consultation fee of $85 is required for the creative director to come up with 1 or 2 concepts. This amount will be applied toward the final balance.
Our startup cost for a creative shoot is $1400. HOWEVER, creative and editorial shoots must be quoted based on the concept(s). After the consultation, our staff will calculate the cost based on the materials, the props, and the amount of hours needed to not only build the set but install and photograph it on the day of the shoot.
A formal quote will be sent via email. To book the shoot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining amount is due 5 days before the shoot.
Paying the consultation fee does NOT automatically book your shoot. Your shoot is booked once we have received the 30% deposit.
During our consultation call, we will discuss the ideal location for your photoshoot.

The photos from your session are sent to you within 3 days. Retouching can take up to 15 days from the date we have received your selection.
If the photos are needed faster, a rush editing fee of $35 per photo will apply. Keep in mind that a rush edit can take up to 2 days.

This will allow us to tailor the session precisely to your preferences and every aspect, from the location to the wardrobe choices, will be thoughtfully curated to bring your vision to life.
MATERNITY DRESSES
We prioritize your convenience and to enhance your maternity session, we have chosen a range of free size dresses available at the studio to complement your photoshoot. This eliminates the need for you to purchase a dress that may have limited future use. Our storytelling sessions give you free access to our maternity dresses. If booking our basic sessions, you have the option to rent our dresses as an add-on.
